Daily COVID-19 Check-In

Before going to work each day, employees and contractors can evaluate their health from home with this convenient check-in tool. The Daily COVID-19 Check-In asks a few simple questions about recent activities, and potential exposure to the coronavirus, and their health and symptoms. You can also customize questions to your needs. Easy-to-read results tell each employee if they are clear to enter the workplace that day or provide guidance on what to do next.

COVID-19 Assessment

If check-in results indicate an employee cannot enter the workplace, they can use Sydney Care’s COVID-19 Assessment. The assessment digs deeper into their symptoms and potential risk for COVID-19 by asking specific questions based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Integrated Virtual Care

Direct access to medical care makes Sydney Care unique. After the assessment, employees can quickly connect with a board-certified doctor through a virtual text or video visit. Virtual care is a convenient way to have their condition evaluated, receive a diagnosis, and have prescriptions or labs ordered. The doctor can also recommend whether they should be tested for COVID-19.
