As employees begin to return to the workplace, they may be uneasy and concerned about their health. You can help provide peace of mind while fighting the spread of the coronavirus (the virus that causes COVID-19) using the Sydney Care mobile app. Sydney Care's COVID-19 Resource Center includes an AI-powered daily check-in that helps protect workers. It does this by keeping potentially infected employees away from the workplace. The Resource Center also gives sick employees an easy way to connect directly to a doctor from home. With Sydney Care, your employees can take comfort knowing you have implemented added safety measures on their behalf.
Before going to work each day, employees and contractors can evaluate their health from home with this convenient check-in tool. The Daily COVID-19 Check-In asks a few simple questions about recent activities, and potential exposure to the coronavirus, and their health and symptoms. You can also customize questions to your needs. Easy-to-read results tell each employee if they are clear to enter the workplace that day or provide guidance on what to do next.
If check-in results indicate an employee cannot enter the workplace, they can use Sydney Care’s COVID-19 Assessment. The assessment digs deeper into their symptoms and potential risk for COVID-19 by asking specific questions based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Direct access to medical care makes Sydney Care unique. After the assessment, employees can quickly connect with a board-certified doctor through a virtual text or video visit. Virtual care is a convenient way to have their condition evaluated, receive a diagnosis, and have prescriptions or labs ordered. The doctor can also recommend whether they should be tested for COVID-19.
Employers can track COVID-19 incidents and trends through real-time dashboard reporting. These summary reports show individual and organization-wide check-in results and can be used to identify potential risks and monitor trends among the workforce. With this up-to-date information, managers can implement additional health and safety measures, as needed.
